Parcels in Poland are delivered via DPD (Courier and DPD Pickup) and Inpost (Parcel Lockers and Courier). Delivery costs: DPD Courier - 15,7 PLN DPD Pickup or parcel machine - 13,10 zł
Inpost Parcel Machines - 19,9 zł We deliver overseas via DPD carrier. We deliver within the European Union (except Cyprus, Malta and places excluded in this table) and to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The cost of foreign delivery will be displayed when you place your order. Some foreign postal codes in hard-to-reach areas, cause shipping surcharges, which are automatically charged when placing an order. - Products exchange
We do not allow you to exchange products. Instead of the exchange process, you have the option to return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving the package (see returns). Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount to your account. If you are interested in another product or need a different size, feel free to place a new order.
- Returns
It is possible to return the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving the shipment. You can report the return: - through the electronic return form, available in the link sent in the email concerning the execution of the order, - through the return form, which can be found here, - by email at kontakt@4angels.shop.
Pack the returned product along with the receipt securely in a cardboard box, well protected envelope or foil pack. Please include your order number or return form - this will speed up the processing of the return. Send the package by mail or courier to our returns address - you can find it here. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receives our statement of withdrawal. The seller may withhold the payment refund until it receives the returned product - Complaints
